
Hervé, who launched his career 20 years ago by galvanising the CJN Group, a system integrator and Independent Software Vendor, has displayed a remarkable ability to confront different challenges and come up with the answers.
As a graduate of Supélec, the Ecole Supérieur d'Electricité, one of France's prestigious Grandes Ecoles and one of the top in its field of electrical and computer engineering, and with a PhD in theoretical physics, he has acquired an impressive depth of skills in turning around, redeploying and merging a number of software services companies.
He forged his reputation in steering Bull Group's SI&S into a prominent market position but was also instrumental in restructuring five subsidiaries of Communication et Systèmes Group in a series of complex mergers after a brief but successful passage as European chief of Computron Software, a New Jersey ISV.
As CEO of Virtools, a middleware vendor for 3D life-like applications, he turned the company around from a fire-sale status before selling it to Dassault Systèmes. He ran Virtools and its subsidiaries for Dassault, where he was also CEO of 3D4ALL and part of Dassault's executive team, before stepping in at Mandriva where he will be responsible for overall operations, business development, marketing and sales.
Gaurav is responsible for the OEM product offering, global partner eco-system and building revenue models around associated services. His main roles comprises of formulating OEM business & marketing strategy, expansion of Mandriva product reach to global markets, management and formulation of world-wide partnership, managing the internal and external OEM eco-system, product delivery, positioning of the OEM product to industry specific needs.
Prior to joining Mandriva, Gaurav was an associate consultant at 'Amul', one of the biggest conglomerate in Asia, until he co-founded 'Dialog' in 2000, an educational consulting & counseling company for international universities and domestic students.
He joined Mandriva as a Partnership Manager to build Mandriva's world-wide franchise network.
A Post-graduate MBA in International business from "Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées", Paris and BBMS from 'University of Bradford' UK, Gaurav holds an academic white paper work on 'IT industry & disruptive future technology. He joined Mandriva in 2003.

Within the Corporate Business Unit, Sébastien is responsible for the Enterprise Products and Services strategy. His roles includes enabling Mandriva's business through knowledge management, technological innovation, product marketing and process improvement.
Prior to joining the team at Mandriva, Sébastien was the CTO of Linbox, where he developed and delivered a range of products for corporate and public sector customers. In 2002, he founded and ran Sirius Technologies, a free software company acquired by Linbox in 2005. Sébastien's career began at Videotron in Canada as an architect in the strategic planning team, helping the company to detect new business opportunities to offer innovative products to its broadband customers.
Sébastien holds an engineering degree from ESSTIN in Nancy. He joined Mandriva in 2007, when Linbox was acquired by Mandriva.

Arnaud is in charge of setting up and managing cooperative research projects with French and international partners.
He started his career at the Institut of Data Processing of the Technical University of Darmstadt. He then joined worked the TeleDiffusion de France Research Center as of head of digital electronics laboratory) and Thomson Multimedia R&D France as the leader of the Advanced Television and Multimedia Group. He holds various patents related to digital electronics and video processing.
Arnaud created Free&ALter Soft in 1996, which became Linbox FAS in 2001 when it acquired the assets of the Linbox startup. The Linbox Rescue Server software was created in this environment and is now used massively in industry and administrations in France. Linbox FAS was bought by Mandriva in 2007.
Arnaud has engineering degrees from “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques de Besançon” and from “Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radio-électricité de Grenoble” and a masters of accousto-opto-electronics and vibration from the Franche-Comté University.
He joined Mandriva in 2007, when Linbox was acquired by Mandriva.
Anne started her career as a trainer and consultant for a Unix consulting company. She then joined Edge-IT where she was a support engineer.
She participated as a consultant to enterprise open source deployment projects and at Mandriva took over the redesign of the corporate product line. In her spare time, she has been a long time Mandriva Linux contributor and an active member of the community, for instance through her administration of the LeaLinux.org web site.
Anne holds a BS in Applied Economics and a Master in Public Marketing from the University of Paris XI. She joined Mandriva through the Edge-IT acquisition in 2004.
